Privacy
You can read everything on this site without an account. An account is only needed to like, save or comment on a post.
What is kept when you sign in
You sign in with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. From the provider you choose, this site receives and stores:
- your name, shown beside your comments (you can change it on your account page);
- your email address, if the provider shares it — never shown on the site;
- the provider's identifier for your account, so you are recognised next time.
The site does not receive your password, does not read your contacts or posts, and never posts anything to your account. No access to your provider account is kept after sign-in.
What you add
Your comments, likes and saved posts are stored with your account. Comments and your name are public; saved posts are visible only to you. A shortened, irreversible fingerprint of your network address is stored with each comment to limit abuse.
Your address is used to send you new posts only if you tick that option, and you can untick it on your account page at any time. It is not shared with or sold to anyone.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. It is removed when you sign out.
Delete your data
Open your account page and choose Delete account. Your account, sign-in links, comments, likes and saved posts are removed immediately and cannot be recovered. If you cannot sign in, email contact@vineshgoyal.com from the address on the account and it will be deleted for you.
